How do I enter a raffle with Diamond Wins?
To enter a raffle, simply visit our website, select the competition you’d like to enter, answer the qualifying question correctly, and purchase your tickets. If you’d like to buy multiple tickets, simply adjust the quantity before proceeding to checkout.
Can I enter for free?
Yes you can enter our competitions for free! Simply follow the instructions for “Free Entry” which includes submitting your details by post. Please see our terms and conditions page for full details including restrictions and deadlines.
What is the qualifying question, and why do I need to answer it?
The qualifying question is a simple multiple-choice or true/false question that must be answered correctly in order for your entry to be valid. It ensures that all entrants have an understanding of the rules and eligibility requirements. If the question is answered incorrectly, your ticket will be disqualified, and no refund will be given.
How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased directly on our website. After selecting the competition you wish to enter, you can choose the number of tickets you want to purchase, answer the qualifying question, and proceed to checkout. We accept a range of payment methods for your convenience.
Can I buy tickets as a gift for someone else?
Yes! You can buy tickets for a friend or loved one as an act of kindness. After completing your purchase, you can send the ticket electronically along with a personalized message. It’s the perfect thoughtful gift for any occasion!
Can I cancel or refund my ticket purchase?
All ticket purchases are non-refundable. This includes paid and free entries. However, if a competition is cancelled by us or a winner is unable to claim the prize, we will communicate with all entrants regarding any appropriate actions or alternative solutions.
What happens if not all tickets are sold by the end of the competition?
If a competition does not sell all the tickets by the end of the allotted time, the prize pool will be reduced. The winning ticket will receive 70% of the total ticket sales value. We always aim to ensure a fair and exciting experience for all participants.
What if I win?
If you win, we’ll notify you via email and/or phone. You’ll then have 14 days to claim your prize. If we cannot reach you within this time frame, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner. The prize will be delivered to you in accordance with the competition terms.
How does the bespoke jewellery prize work?
If you win a competition featuring a bespoke jewellery piece, DiamondWins will refer you to our sister company and third-party jewellery design specialist, DiamondZee. A representative from DiamondZee will contact you to discuss your design preferences, including the style, metal choice, and any specific precious stone or certificated diamond included in the prize.
Once the initial design is agreed upon, a full CAD (Computer-Aided Design) service will be provided, allowing for up to two sets of alterations to the design. After the final design, metal selection, and finger size (where applicable) are confirmed in writing, no further changes can be made, and neither DiamondWins nor DiamondZee will be responsible for any additional modifications or costs.
The bespoke jewellery piece will take approximately 6 to 8 weeks to complete and be delivered. Please note that bespoke items are non-returnable.
It is the winner’s sole responsibility to provide accurate details for production. DiamondWins and DiamondZee accept no liability for any errors once the final specifications have been approved.
How are winners selected?
Winners are selected through a random draw using a certified and secure method, ensuring fairness and transparency. The draw will take place once the competition has closed, and we will announce the winner publicly via our website and social media.
Are there any restrictions on who can enter?
Yes, you must be at least 18 years old and a UK resident to enter our competitions. Additionally, only one free entry per household is allowed for each competition. If we suspect that the rules are being violated, we reserve the right to disqualify an entry.
How do I claim my prize?
If you’re the lucky winner, we will contact you via email or phone. After confirming your details, we will arrange delivery of your prize. For bespoke jewellery prizes, we will work closely with you to finalise the design of your custom piece.
What happens if I don’t claim my prize in time?
Winners must claim their prize within 7 days from the date of notification. If we do not hear from you within that period, we will select another winner and your prize will be forfeited.
Can I purchase multiple tickets for the same competition?
Yes, you can buy as many tickets as you like for each competition. The more tickets you buy, the greater your chance of winning! You’ll receive extra entries with certain subscription plans too.
What happens if I’m unable to receive the prize?
If for any reason you cannot receive your prize (e.g., no longer want it or cannot be contacted), we will review the situation. In some cases as detailed in our T&C’s you may be offered a cash alternative amount.
Can I opt-out of receiving promotional emails from you?
Yes, you can opt-out of receiving promotional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email. However, you will still receive essential communication about your entries and winnings.
